Dining out, wherever you might be, is often an extremeley subjective matter. What suits my taste buds may not suit yours, however the intention of this page will be to provide a comprehensive list of restaurants in Corsica, those which serve consistently good food, are priced accordingly and have a high level of service.I will also highlight certain places which have something a little bit special, such as an unbeatable view, an interesting and varied menu (perhaps with Corsican specialities) or equally something cheap, cheerful and authentic.
